I got this update from the app store of Pandora. They have renovated the app to be more iOS 7 based. It looks great. iOS 7 is a much needed change / update to Apples iOS devices.
FYI for you Pandora Downloader hack users the Cydia hack still works. My app has not crashed since updating and I still have unlimited skips.
