Netflix now enables families and other people sharing the same account to set up separate identities so the Internet video service can give them better recommendations on what to watch next. Each paid Netflix account can have up to 5 user profiles for a more customized user experience.
To me Netflix is hit of miss. Some things that they do are good and some things are bad. This is one of the best moves they have made. The first company to acknowledge the fact that people are going to share accounts no matter what. I guess if you cant beat it give the people what they want. lol.
If you are worried about the profile and Apple TV. Apple Tv is already set for the use of profiles. Just go to Netflix.com for the initial set up of your profiles. Enjoy.
